TASTING NOTES:
Notes of tropical fruits, white peach, crisp apple and orchard fruits, layered with gooseberry, bright citrus, delicate white florals and refreshing minerality. A subtle hint of delicate almond to a clean, crisp and refreshing finish.
Enjoy it on its own or pair it with seared scallops, fresh seafood, herb-roasted poultry or grilled pork.

VINEYARD:
The Schuele Vineyards, located directly on the south shore of Lake Ontario in Lincoln, are greatly influenced by the micro-climate effects of the lake. The cool summer nights, loamy soils and thermal temperatures of Lake Ontario contribute to the Sauvignon Blanc's unique terroir.
