Fresh and sophisticated! Bursting with soft apple and zesty citrus, it’s refreshing, flirty, and ready to party.

Winemaking: Primary fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks to preserve vibrant fruit character. Malolactic fermentation followed to gently soften the acidity. The wine was then aged 30% in neutral oak for texture, with the remainder kept in stainless steel to maintain freshness.
