Foot-stomped and direct-pressed Fredonia sparkling rosé. The Fredonia was co-fermented with direct-pressed Aberarder and Frontenac Gris, plus a small addition of Frontenac Gris whole clusters. Aberarder is an Ontario born cold-climate variety new to most, coming directly from its only grower to date, Alton Farms Estate Winery.
